1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason only for in stock items.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods readiness.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

 


3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from goods readiness.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

 


4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., more than trying them out as you would in a physical store).

Returned items must be:

  • Unused (unless needed to establish functionality)

  • In their original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase or order confirmation

 


5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

 


6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives defective, please contact us immediately. You are entitled to a 1-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.

In such cases, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the item

  • Partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
